We stayed twice here in the last month and both times were a pure pleasure. On our first stay traveling north, we were so surprised by how updated and new everything was and with rooms so well thought out. We had a small delay checking in with our card which turned out to be a problem the hotel was having with their card reader. After several tries with Kathy and then the manager Brent, it was completed which was really a non-issue and they were exceptionally friendly throughout. However, then Brent surprised us with some gift cards for Denny's as an apology which was really unbelievable customer service! (We gave a couple of these later on to a person in need at the Terrace Denny's.) It's after that we walked into one of the nicest and well appointed rooms we have stayed in ever. Therefore, upon our return trip, this was our go to place after a long day traveling and of course, we were not disappointed. The desk clerk on check-in was friendly and helpful as well (sorry did not get the name) and the same was true on check out who was "Summer2" - a cute chuckle from how they deal with two employees sharing the same name!! We cannot express enough how this was an amazing place for a great price! Thank you.

I like the location of the hotel when I’m traveling through the city. It’s quiet and out of the way so it seems like the parking is much safer then the downtown area. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and shops near by. The staff is always super friendly to me and very accommodating. It’s a very personable experience staying there and that’s a rare commodity these days. It’s a relief to know you’re welcome.

I like the location of this hotel when driving long distances. The upgrades to the rooms look amazing but I was surprised that the bed didn’t seem new, the mattresses are still soft and lumpy but I still slept well. The staff are always friendly, professional, helpful and welcoming at this location, this trip was no exception.

Upon checking in, I was greeted with friendly staff who were very helpful with directions. I got booked into one of the newly renovated rooms, which was very nicely done. My room was clean. There is a pool, hot tub, small gym and a restaurant attached to the hotel (Denny’s)
